To start our centenarian celebrations this year, we have officially opened the doors to a brand new Air Source Heat Pump & Renewable Energy Showroom and Training Centre, in partnership with Daikin at Lytton Street, Stoke.
The Lord Mayor of Stoke-on-Trent, Councillor Majid Khan, officially opened the new centre on Thursday February 8th, alongside the Jones & Shuffs team, Daikin representatives and guests.
The new centre is the result of a significant investment, made in recognition of Jones & Shuffs environmentally responsible commitment to the next generation, and pays tribute to the memory of former owner, the late Tony Jones, who sadly passed away last year.
His wife and Company Director Julia Jones comments, “Tony always saw Jones & Shuffs as a place where the trade and suppliers worked together and shared experience and knowledge. The opening of the new Air Source Heat Pump Showroom and Training Centre is an extension of this. People are looking to invest in new, more sustainable heating methods and we want to support a greener future. Now, whether you’re a tradesperson or an interested member of the public, you can call into the centre and see the low carbon equipment in action. Our team will be on hand to offer expert advice and guidance to homeowners looking to make the move to air source heat systems including the energy efficiencies and cost savings that are achievable. Additionally, we will be holding training sessions at the purpose-built facility for plumbers and heating engineers and familiarise them with the specification, installation and maintenance of Air Pump Heat Source systems, in association with Daikin.”
Open weekdays until 5pm and Saturdays until noon.
