Does Jones & Shuffs deliver? Yes, of course we do! We also offer a collection service. You’ll find all you need to know about delivery and collection for orders placed with Jones & Shuffs here.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION INFORMATION
Skip the heavy lifting and get bulk orders delivered; our delivery lorries can bring big items such as gravel, sand and timber direct to a location of your choice. Or if it’s better for you, collect items from your nearest branch as part of your usual day. Simply choose your preferred option when you place your order and we’ll keep you updated on the status of your order.
Delivery is free in the vast majority of circumstances. Your order may be subject to a small delivery charge depending on location and order value, this will be confirmed when you place your order. (All delivery charges and order values are subject to VAT.) If there are any issues with delivering to your location you will be notified when you place your order.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries are FREE to many locations across Stoke-on-Trent. Deliveries beyond the Stoke-on-Trent catchment are available for an additional fee, please speak with your Jones and Shuffs branch representative for more information. All deliveries are fulfilled by Jones & Shuffs staff on a range of vehicles including, crane, tipper, curtain siders and vans. You can choose a suitable date for your delivery, and discuss any requirements or delivery instructions when placing your order. If this needs to be adjusted at any point, please contact us.
Deliveries will be made to the nearest kerbside at the delivery address you provide when you place your order. Our drivers will unload your order from the vehicle for you. If you are working from within a building site, our friendly drivers will do their best to get your items as close to where you need them as possible.
During bank holiday periods, like Christmas and New Year, our business hours may change. As a consequence of this, there may be a delay to when your order is delivered. Please contact your delivering branch, and they will be able to advise when they can deliver your goods.
COLLECTIONS
Collection is free, there is no charge for collection orders regardless of account type. Collection is available from both our Stoke and Longton branches, and this will be arranged with you when you place your order.
When coming into branch to collect an order, please bring photo ID with you and the card you paid with.
When will my order be ready to collect?
If you place your order before 4pm on a working day, your order will be available to collect in branch 60 minutes after you have ordered. Orders placed after 4pm will be available to collect the next working day. If you place an order on a Saturday, or Bank Holiday, your order will be ready on the next working day.
