Jones & Shuffs is open to both trade and members of the public, and orders can be placed over the phone or in-branch for your convenience.

If your order is being delivered by a branch, your delivery slot will be confirmed when you place your order.

If your order is for collection, it will be ready to collect within 60 mins after placing your order. Orders placed after 4pm will be ready to collect the following working day.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
We may be able to offer you a bulk deal price, depending on the materials you require.
Please contact your local branch about your building project or provide a brief description of the project’s nature in the ‘Additional Information’ section when you request a quote online.
For all in branch purchases we accept the following payment methods;

RETURNS
Yes, we’ll be pleased to take back any items that are in the original condition and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered.
You can arrange collection by emailing us at longton@shuffs.co.uk or stoke@shuffs.co.uk or calling Longton branch call 01782 599567. For our Stoke branch call 01782 846881 with your order number and product details. All collections will be subject to a collection fee. The return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster) will not be accepted.
Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 10% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
If we do accept a return of the products, they must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the date of delivery to you. For our Stoke branch call 01782 84688, with your order number and product details. We may deduct a restocking charge from the amount of your refund. This will be confirmed when you make the return.
